1. Develop and increase business with existing and prospective customers.
2. Collect and Analyze market related information, such as market trends, competition etc.
3. Set up NPI process, control release and marketing of the new products.
4. Support sales to reach company profit and growth targets, annual sales budget.
5. Liaise with sister divisions to bring and share the knowledge.
6. Organize trade shows and promotional activities.
Work skills:
1. Fluency in English is required, third language is a strong advantage.
2. Team player, good communicator, performance oriented.
3. Able to work under pressure, control deadlines and schedules.
4. Connector & Cable assembly related experience is a plus.
Minimum of Bachelor Degree
At least 5-8 years experience in related market ( Industrial Automation or Medical ) is a must
Fluent in listen, spoken, read and written English & Chinese
